How do I get started?

Contact me to discuss the specifics - the intended use, size or space requirements/limitations, and budget.   Once we work out a general idea of what it is you're looking for I can work up a rough drawing, price, and time frame.  You're input is welcome in the initial design phase.  I see this as a collaboration between two parties working toward a common goal. 

How long does the process take?

This depends on the size and complexity of the piece.  A good starting point is about 3-4 weeks from initial design to delivery.  A more accurate time frame can be determined once I know what I am getting into.  I am a one man show - designer, craftsman, secretary, marketing department, and intern who fetches the coffee and donuts in the morning.

How does it get delivered?

I can personally deliver a piece within a 1 hour/60 mile radius of Sacramento at no extra charge.  Deliveries to areas outside of that area and within driving distance will have a delivery charge based on distance.   Small commissions  will be shipped UPS, FedEx, or USPS, fully insured.  Shipment of larger items are determined on a case by case basis based on the best available quote.  Blanket and crated shipments are available at an additional cost ($100).

What type of guarantee do you offer?

The piece is guaranteed for the life of it's maker.  This covers the craftsmanship of the piece under intended, normal everyday use.  A coffee table, for example,  is covered under this guarantee as long as is it used as such.  NOT if it is used as a step stool to change a light bulb, impromptu massage table,  baby changing station, etc.   It will only cost you the shipping cost to return it to me for the necessary repairs or replacement.
